EDITS+ - On-Demand Reports
EDITS+ On-Demand Reports are partially customizable reports, focusing on six key areas: Charge Totals, Time Studies, Patient Volumes, Coding Profile, Productivity, and Ancillary Services.
The Charge Totals report
- A detail and a summary report are available.
- Optional selection criteria include Patient Disposition, Modifier, and Provider.
The Time Studies report
- Two reports are presently available:
- Compare Two Time Stamps
- Time Information by Month / Year
- You may also select an option for calculating the time.
- Options are:
- Avg. elapsed time per number of visits
- Avg. elapsed time
- Elapsed time
- Optional selection criteria include Patient Disposition, Place of Service, and Provider.
The Patient Volume report
Use the Patient Volumes report to obtain information about patient volumes for the selected practice.
- Two reports are presently available:
- Initial Visits by Timeframe
- Total Patient Volumes by Timeframe
- You may select either a Day of Week analysis or a Day of Month analysis.
Optional selection criteria include Provider, Place of Service, Arrival Mode, Patient Disposition, Patient Gender, Patient Age, and Zip/Postal Code.
The Coding Profile report
Use the Coding Profile report to obtain information about patterns of ER visits, such as volumes by E&M level, or the most common diagnosis codes.
Optional selection criteria include Place of Service, Patient Age Group, Payer, and Provider.
The Productivity report
Use the Productivity report to obtain information about the most frequently performed procedures in the Emergency Department.
- Two reports are presently available:
- CPT Frequency
- Patient Volumes and Charges
- Optional selection criteria include Physician, Patient Age Group, Patient Disposition, and Place of Service.
The Ancillary Services report
Use the Ancillary Services report to obtain information about the use of ancillary services.
- Two reports are presently available:
- Top Ancillaries per Visit
- Top Ancillaries
You may view the top 25 (or any number you specify) CPT, CPT Range, Drugs, HCPCS, HCPCS Range, Labs, Supplies, Tests, X-Rays, or Nursing Services. You may also calculate results per 100 visits.
Optional selection criteria for the Top Ancillaries Per Visit report include Place of Service, Patient Age, Payer, Provider, and Diagnosis Code.
