Locate records

  • Individual records are quickly located by:

  • Financial Number,
  • Medical Record Number
  • EDITS+ visit number
  • Access a located record for a summary report, to enter visit information, or for viewing.

Sort visits

  • There are 13 ways to sort the visit log. This enables each user to adapt the log information to their work process, without interfering with other users’ work flow.

View visit statuses

  • Assign resources to locate charts that have been assigned a status of pending, before they get too old.
  • Review records assigned as uncodeable, for accuracy and potential lost charges.
